This app was created by Riley Leonard , Jonathan Li , and Grayson White as a final project for Math 241: Data Science at Reed College in Spring 2020. The goal of this app is to allow baseball fans to explore and visualize many of the advanced metrics recorded for Major League Baseball.

The data used for this app was primarily pulled from
Statcast,
and tools were used from packages such as
`Lahman`

,
`baseballr`

,
`pitchRx`

,
`plotly`

, and
`tidyverse`

. The app was last updated in Spring 2020.
